quickshell: replace macOS-style shell with standalone overview module

Swap the illogical-impulse-derived components for the upstream
quickshell-overview standalone module, update Hyprland keybinds
(Super+Tab overview, rofi launcher), refresh foot colors and
starship theme, and adjust related host/module wiring.
